Effective January 13, 2015:
(1) Upon receipt of authorization to offer
instruction or related services leading to one or more degrees, and until such
time as that authorization has expired or been revoked, an Oregon school shall
print the following statement prominently on the inside front cover, facing
page, or other page approved by the Commission of its catalog and any general
bulletin, shall include the statement with any internet web site announcement,
and may publish the statement in other school announcements. Choose one
descriptive term from each parenthetical pair.
This school (is) (is a unit of) a (business) (nonprofit)
corporation authorized by the State of Oregon to offer and confer the academic
(degree) (degrees) described herein, following a determination that state
academic standards will be satisfied under OAR chapter 583, division 30.
Inquiries concerning the standards or school compliance may be directed to the
Commission (use current address).
(2) A non-Oregon school shall print or affix
the above statement on the inside front or back cover (preferred) or on an
appropriate page approved by Commission's executive director of every catalog
distributed in Oregon.
