OAR 690-602-0100 to OAR 690-602-01300 establish procedures for the Oregon Water Resources Department's administration of the Place-Based Water Planning Fund and program and the process and consideration of state-recognized place-based integrated water resources plans by the Department and in Oregon's Integrated Water Resources Strategy, pursuant to ORS 537.872 through 537.873.
