(1) OAR
836-014-0001 to
836-014-0045 are adopted to
carry out the purpose of ORS
750.505 to
750.715, that of regulating the
operation of legal expense organizations in this state.
(2) OAR
836-014-0001 to
836-014-0045 are adopted
pursuant to the general rule-making authority of the Director under ORS
731.244 and the specific
authority in ORS 750.715.
