Or. Admin. Code § 836-052-0800 - Purpose; Applicability

(1) OAR 836-052-0800 to 836-052-0860 are adopted for the purpose of carrying out ORS 743.526, 743.560, 743.562 and 743.565.
(2) OAR 836-052-0800 to 836-052-0860 apply to the termination of any group health insurance policy occurring on or after January 30, 2002.
