Or. Admin. Code § 839-006-0320 - Rights of Persons with Disabilities With Respect to Places of Public Accommodation: Provision of Auxiliary Aids
(1) Places of public accommodation must
provide auxiliary aids and services when necessary to ensure equal access to
offered goods, privileges, services or facilities.
(2) Places of public accommodation are not
required to provide auxiliary aids that would result in significant difficulty
or expense, or in a fundamental alteration in the nature of the offered goods,
privileges or services. This is to be determined on a case-by-case
basis.
