Or. Admin. Code § 839-006-0445 - Eligibility for Employment Preference
(1) A veteran is eligible to use the
preference provided for in OAR
839-006-0450 and
839-006-0455 for a civil service
position for which application is made at any time after discharge or release
from service in the Armed Forces of the United States.
(2) Except as provided in (1) of this rule
there are no limitations to the number of times a person can claim the
preference.
