Or. Admin. Code § 860-002-0010 - Purpose of Division 002
(1) OAR
chapter 860, division 002 is intended to facilitate informal resolution of
disputes, prevent litigation, and save time and resources for electric
companies, qualifying facilities, and the Commission.
(2) These rules are intended to provide for
fair, timely, and confidential dispute resolution that will aid parties in
reducing the issues presented to the Commission.
