(1) OAR
860-088-0005 through
860-088-0190 establish rules
governing implementation of a community solar program under Oregon Laws 2016,
chapter 28, section 22.
(2) Upon
request or its own motion, the Commission may waive any of the Division 088
rules for good cause shown. A request for waiver must be made in writing,
unless otherwise allowed by the Commission.
