101 Pa. Code § 1.2 - Definitions
The following words and terms, when used in this subpart, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Act-Act of May 7, 1923 (P. L. 158, No. 119) (46 P. S. §§ 451-460).
Assistant Director-The Assistant Director of the Legislative Reference Bureau.
Bureau-The Legislative Reference Bureau.
Director-The Director of the Legislative Reference Bureau.
