101 Pa. Code § 19.102 - Subdivision
Section 1. Article
XXI of the act of July 28, 1953 (P. L. 723, No. 230), known as the Second Class
County Code, is amended by adding a subdivision to read:

(p.1) Legal Aid Services
Section
2199.1A.
Appropriations for Legal Aid Services.-The
board of commissioners of a county of the second class A may appropriate moneys
for payment to nonprofit legal aid associations or societies, or county bar
associations, who provide legal aid services for indigent persons in civil
matters.
