101 Pa. Code § 23.41 - Section headings
(a)
General rule.-Each section shall be given a brief descriptive
heading or catchline set out on a separate line immediately preceding the body
of the section. The symbol "§ " shall precede the digits of a section number in
the catchline.
(b)
Status.-Under 1 Pa.C.S. § 1101 (relating to enacting clause
and unofficial provisions), section headings do not constitute part of the law
and may be added or changed in editing statutes for printing.
