101 Pa. Code § 23.42 - Subsection headings
(a)
General rule.-Except in unusual cases, subsections shall be
given a brief descriptive catchline. The subsection headings shall not be set
out on separate lines.
(b)
Status.-Under 1 Pa.C.S. § 1101 (relating to enacting clause
and unofficial provisions), subsection headings do not constitute part of the
law and may be added or changed in editing statutes for printing.
