101 Pa. Code § 9.241 - Resolutions not referred to committee
(a)
Senate.-Resolutions in
reference to adjournment or recess or recalling bills from the Governor or
relating to the disposition of matters immediately before the Senate are
considered without reference to a committee.
(b)
House.-Resolutions
privileged for the immediate consideration of the House include resolutions:
(1) Recalling from or returning bills to the
Governor or Senate.
(2) Originated
by the Committee on Rules.
(3)
Providing for a joint session of the General Assembly and its
procedure.
(4) Placing bills
negatived by committees on the calendar.
(5) Adjourning or recessing the
House.
