101 Pa. Code § 9.43 - Concurrent resolutions
(a)
General.-A concurrent resolution is a written resolution
introduced in either house which requires or contemplates the concurrence of
both houses.
(b)
Use.-Common uses of such resolutions are for recalling a bill
from the Governor or the other house, returning a bill to the Governor,
adjournments sine die or in excess of three days, recesses in excess of a week
and memorializing Congress.
