204 Pa. Code § 89.172 - Contents of report
General rule. The report of the hearing committee or special master shall be accompanied by Form DB-10 (Transmittal of Report of Hearing) and shall set forth:
(1) A brief summary, not to exceed one page,
of the nature of the case, the ultimate issue or issues involved, and the
conclusions and recommendations as to disposition of the hearing committee or
special master.
(2) A concise
statement of the case, including a citation of each Disciplinary Rule alleged
or found to have been violated by the respondent-attorney.
(3) The rulings on admission of evidence and
other procedural matters, which may be set forth by reference to the pages of
the transcript wherein such rulings are recorded.
(4) Findings of fact.
(5) Discussion.
(6) Conclusions of law.
(7) Recommended disposition of the
petition.
