204 Pa. Code r. 307 - Courses by the Judicial Education Department
(a) Courses offered by the Department shall
be designed by or under the supervision of the Department with general
oversight by the Board.
(b)
Department courses shall be designed so as to enhance the basic program
requirements established under these rules.
(c) The Department shall ensure that a
sufficient number of courses and locations are reasonably available to enable
judges to comply with Rule 302(a) (Courses Offered by the
Department).
