25 Pa. Code § 77.522 - Effluent standards
(a) At a
minimum, the discharge of water from areas disturbed by noncoal mining
activities shall comply with the following limitations:
(1) pH 6-9.
(2) Other parameters the Department may
require.
(b) In addition
to subsection (a), the discharge of water from areas disturbed by mining
activities shall comply with this title.
