28 Pa. Code § 1141a.35 - Notice of denial
(a) The Department will provide written notice of denial to an applicant.
(b) The applicant may appeal a notice of denial under 2 Pa.C.S. §§
501-508 (relating to practice and procedure of Commonwealth agencies) and its accompanying regulations, as modified by Chapter 1230a (relating to practice and procedure).
