28 Pa. Code § 717.1 - Scope
(a) This chapter establishes the procedures for the issuance of a drug and alcohol recovery house license.
(b) This chapter provides standards for the licensure of a drug and alcohol recovery house under subarticle B of Article XXIII-A of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P.S. §§
613.11-613.18).
