40 Pa. Code § 5.221 - Online training provider application
(a)
A person who wants to become an authorized online training provider of
server/seller training shall submit an application for authorization issued by
the PLCB and pay a nonrefundable application fee of $850, as well as a separate
fee for a criminal record check.
(1) The PLCB
will only accept applications during scheduled open enrollment periods, which
shall be posted on the BAE's page on the PLCB's web site. The PLCB reserves the
discretion to limit the number and frequency of open enrollment periods based
on operational restrictions.
(b) The minimum qualifications of an online
training provider are the same as the minimum qualifications of a classroom
instructor, as set forth in §
5.231(b)
(relating to classroom instructor application), except that online training
providers are not required to attend owner/manager training.
(c) The applicant shall submit, for approval,
a proposed online training program that must be approved by the PLCB before the
PLCB will issue a notice of authorization to the online training
provider.
