55 Pa. Code § 3150.22 - County responsibility
(a)
Eligible counties wishing to receive a block grant must submit an application
under the procedures described in §
3150.12(b)(3)
(relating to county responsibility). This application should be submitted at
the end of the calendar year.
(b)
The county shall comply with reporting and auditing requirements as detailed in
§
3150.12(b) and
(c).
