55 Pa. Code § 41.32a - Clarification regarding the definition of "mailing"-statement of policy
(a) The term
"mailing" in §
41.32(a)(1) and
(2) (relating to timeliness and perfection of
requests for hearing) means to deliver by United States or commercial mail
service or transmit through electronic communication.
