7 Pa. Code § 1.292 - Poultry
No slaughtered poultry or poultry product shall be brought into an official establishment unless it has complied with one of the following requirements:
(1) Been previously inspected and passed and identified as such in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Poultry Products Inspection Act (21 U.S.C.A. §
451 et seq.) and the regulations thereunder, and has not been prepared other than in an establishment inspected under the Federal Act.
(2) Been inspected and passed and identified as such in accordance with the requirements of a State law.
