7 Pa. Code § 59a.112 - Rejected milk
(a)
Rejection requirement. A plant shall reject specific milk from a producer if it fails to meet the requirements under §
59a.107 (relating to appearance and odor), if it is classified No. 4 for sediment content, or if it tests positive for drug residue.
(b)
Tagging and coloring rejected milk. Rejected milk shall be identified with a reject tag and colored with harmless food coloring.
