1 Tex. Admin. Code § 6.43 - Speakers Addressing the Commission

(a) The executive director shall prescribe a speaker registration form. Each person who wishes to speak at a commission meeting shall provide the following information:

(1) the speaker's name;

(2) the person or entity the speaker represents, if any;

(3) the agenda item the speaker wishes to address; and

(4) his or her mailing address and telephone number.

(b) Any person who addresses the commission shall state his or her name and the name of the person or entity the speaker represents, if any, for purposes of the recording under § 6.47 of this title (relating to Recording of Meeting; Minutes).
