16 Tex. Admin. Code § 76.23 - Examinations
(a) To be eligible for an examination, the
applicant must submit a completed license application and pay the required
fee.
(b) A person taking an
examination must comply with the department's examination requirements under 16
TAC Chapter 60, Subchapter E.
(c) A
passing grade is 70%.
