28 Tex. Admin. Code § 251.208 - Two-Year Retention of Records

Above reports and records as set forth in § 251.203 of this title (relating to Filing of Instruments) and § 251.206 of this title (relating to Employing Agency's Records) are to be retained by the employing agency on each case for a minimum of two years.
