Utah Admin. Code R131-1-9 - Role of the Board
(1) The
Executive Director shall establish and monitor the selection process, may take
appropriate steps to verify the acceptability of the procedure, and make
changes in procedure at any time as may be determined necessary by the
Board.
(2) At each meeting of the
Board, the Executive Director shall submit a list of all architect/engineer
contracts entered into, and a description of the method(s) of selection used to
the Board as a second review of actions taken.
