Utah Admin. Code R131-9-5 - Procurement of Art and Exhibits
(1)
The Executive Director may procure art or exhibits in accordance with
applicable laws and rules.
(2) The
Executive Director, Subcommittee, or any Board member may make recommendations
to the Board regarding any of the procurements under this rule.
