Utah Admin. Code R23-1-2403 - Laws and Executive Orders Pertaining to Gifts, Meals, and Gratuities for Executive Branch Employees
A division employee not classified as a "Procurement Professional" shall be governed by:
(1) Executive Order EO/002/2014 issued by the
Governor (http://www.rules.utah.gov/execdocs/2014/ExecDoc155325.htm);
(2) Title 67, Part 16 "Utah Public Officers'
and Employees' Ethics Act;"
(3)
Section 76-8-105, "Receiving or soliciting
a Bribe or Bribery by a Public Servant;" and
(4) any other applicable
law.
