Utah Admin. Code R23-14-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1)
This rule provides for the management of roofs on state buildings to prevent
damage to the roof and to improve security of state buildings.
(2) This rule is authorized under Section
63A-5b-305 which authorizes the
director to make rules necessary for the division or director to perform the
division or director's duties.
