Utah Admin. Code R23-5-4 - Applicability
(1) This rule shall
apply to all projects or portions of projects funded through appropriated
funds.
(2) This rule may be waived
to the extent necessary to comply with specific requirements associated with
the project funds such as specific legislative direction or requirements
associated with state revenue bonds.
