Utah Admin. Code R23-6-3 - Definitions
(1) Director means
the director of the division, appointed under Section
63A-5b-302, or the director's
designee.
(2) Division means the
Division of Facilities Construction and Management created under Section
63A-5b-301.
(3) GSF means Gross Square Feet.
(4) Value Engineering means a structured
methodology that analyzes functional requirements, identifies alternatives to
perform these functions and evaluates the alternatives using life cycle costing
techniques.
