Utah Admin. Code R27-5-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) This rule
is established pursuant to Subsection
63A-9-401(1)(d).
(2) The purpose of this section is to ensure
that all state vehicles and miscellaneous equipment are accounted for and
properly inventoried. Proper management of this inventory supports the
requirements in Subsection
R27-5-1(1).
