(1) This rule incorporates by reference:
(a) the Science of Reading Evidence Informed Core Criteria Checklist; and
(b) the Evidence Criteria for Evidence-Based Curriculum.
(2) A copy of these documents is located at:

(b) the offices of the Utah State Board of Education.
