Utah Admin. Code R277-439-2 - Definitions
(1) "Comprehensive prevention plan" means the
same as the term is defined in Subsection
53F-2-525(1).
(2) "Participating LEA" means an LEA that:
(a) applies to participate in the prevention
block program described in Section 53F-2-525 and this rule; and
(b) is approved by the Superintendent to
participate in the prevention block grant program.
