Utah Admin. Code R277-556-2 - Definitions
(1) "Account" means the Charter School
Closure Reserve Account established in Section
53F-9-307.
(2) "Per pupil contribution" means the annual
contribution required of each charter school in the state in accordance with
Section 53F-9-307.
