Utah Admin. Code R277-608-8 - LEA Reporting
(1) An LEA shall
have procedures for the collection, maintenance, and periodic review of
documents or records of the use of ESIs at schools within the LEA.
(2) An LEA shall provide documentation of any
school, program, or LEA's use of ESI to the Superintendent annually.
