Utah Admin. Code R277-709-2 - Definitions
(1) "Accreditation" means the formal process
for evaluation and approval from a regional accrediting body.
(2) "Youth in care" or "YIC" means a person
for whom the Board is responsible to provide educational services under
Sections 53E-3-503 and
26B-5-325.
