Utah Admin. Code R277-726-10 - Other Information
(1) A primary
school of enrollment shall communicate with a provider, where necessary, to set
reasonable timelines and standards and shall inform providers of timelines
necessary for reporting grades and credit for graduating seniors.
(2) A provider shall adhere to timelines and
standards described in Subsection (1) for student grades and enrollment in
online courses for purposes of:
(a) school
awards and honors;
(b) Utah High
School Activities Association participation; and
(c) high school graduation.
(3) If a student is at risk of
academic failure or at risk of not graduating with the student's graduation
cohort, a provider shall utilize automated notices or other means to:
(a) inform counselors at the student's
primary school of enrollment that student is at risk of academic or other
failure; and
(b) before quarter 4 a
student's senior school year, inform counselors at the student's primary school
of enrollment that the senior student is at risk of failure.
