Utah Admin. Code R277-924-2 - Definitions
(1) "Eligible partnership" means the same as
that term is defined in Section
53F-5-401.
(2) "Eligible school feeder pattern" means
the same as that term is defined in Section 53F-5-401.
(3) "Grant program" means the Partnerships
for Student Success Grant Program established in Section
53F-5-402.
(4) "Lead applicant" means an LEA or local
nonprofit organization designated by an eligible partnership to act as the lead
applicant for a grant described in Title 53F, Chapter 5, Part 4, Partnerships
for Student Success Grant Program and this Rule.
