(1) This subsection R305-7-604 applies to all
matters governed by the Air Conservation Act, Title 19, Chapter 2, but not
including Sections
19-2-112
or
19-2-123
through
19-2-126.
(2) "Director" means the Director of the
Division of Air Quality.
