Utah Admin. Code R305-7-606 - Matters Governed by Sections 19-2-123 through 19-2-126 of the Air Conservation Act
(1) This subsection
R305-7-606 applies to matters governed by Sections
19-2-123
through
19-2-126 of
the Air Conservation Act. Sections
59-7-605
and
59-10-1009
of the Utah Tax Code also apply to these matters.
(2) Definitions.
"Director" means the Director of the Division of Air Quality for Requests relating to air pollution control equipment, or the Director of the Division of Water Quality for requests relating to water pollution control equipment.
