Utah Admin. Code R305-7-610 - Matters Governed by the Safe Drinking Water Act, Title 19, Chapter 4, Section 19-4- 109(1)
(1) This subsection
R305-7-610 applies to all matters governed by Section
19-4-109(1) of the Safe Drinking Water Act.
(2)
Definitions.
"Director" means the Director of the Drinking Water Division.
(3) The
provisions of UAPA and of Parts 1, 4 and 6 of this Rule shall apply to
proceedings initiated by filing a notice of agency action under the authority
of Section
19-4-109(1).
