(1) This subsection
R305-7-614 applies to all matters governed by the Underground Storage Tank Act,
Title 19, Chapter 6, Part 4, but not including Sections 19-6-405.3,
19-6-407,
19-6-408,
19-6-416
and
19-6-416.5.
(2) Definitions.
"Director" means the Director of the Division of Environmental Response and Remediation.
