Utah Admin. Code R305-7-617 - Matters Governed by the Waste Tire Recycling Act, Title 19, Chapter 6, Part 8
(1) This subsection
R305-7-617 applies to all matters governed by Waste Tire Recycling Act, Title
19, Chapter 6, Part 8.
(2)
Definitions.
"Director" means the Director of the Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste.
(3) The
provisions of UAPA and of Parts 1, 4 and 6 of this Rule shall apply to
proceedings initiated by filing a notice of agency action under the authority
of the Waste Tire Recycling Act, Title 19, Chapter 6, Part 8.
