Utah Admin. Code R305-7-620 - Matters Governed by the Industrial Byproduct Reuse Act, Title 19, Chapter 6, Part 11
(1) Scope. This
subsection R305-7-620 applies to all matters governed by the Industrial
Byproduct Reuse Act, Title 19, Chapter 6, Part 11.
(2) Definitions.
"Director" means the Director of the Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste.
