Utah Admin. Code R309-220-14 - Notice by Director on behalf of the Public Water System
(1) The Director may give the notice required
by this rule on behalf of the owner and operator of the public water system if
the Director complies with the requirements of this rule.
(2) The owner or operator of the public water
system remains responsible for ensuring that the requirements of this rule are
met.
