Utah Admin. Code R309-500-10 - Waste and Wastewater Disposal
Approval of plans and specifications may require evidence showing that the methods of waste and wastewater disposal have been approved or accepted by the Utah Division of Water Quality, the local health agency, or the local authority for:
(1) new drinking
water facilities, including discharges from treatment facilities, discharges
related to construction, etc., and
(2) new drinking water facilities serving
proposed developments.
