Utah Admin. Code R315-124-9 - Procedures for Decisionmaking - Administrative Record for Draft Permits
(a) The provisions of a draft permit prepared
by the director under Section
R315-124-6 shall be based on the
administrative record defined in Section
R305-7-209 and Section
R315-124-18.
(b) Section
R315-124-9 applies to draft
permits when public notice was given after the effective date of Rule
R315-124.
